One Account Per Person

• The maximum stake per bet placed with bonus balance is ৳5,000.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except via the live cash-out option.

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute over results, the official result will apply.

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the bet will be settled at the odds that were confirmed at the time of placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bazi33 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using another member's account credentials or attempting to hack an account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassment or intimidation of other members or staff.

Bazi33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• If any part of the Terms & Conditions is violated.
• Failure to submit the required documents for verification.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If the account was registered using false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Members will be notified by email before their account is closed (though immediate closure may occur in urgent cases). Any valid balance will be returned after verification.

To close your account yourself

You can close your account at any time. Contact our support team or select self-exclusion from the Responsible Gaming settings.
